My family immigrated from the Philippines and settled in San Francisco, California back in the 70’s. I then after college, followed my family in the mid-90’s.
I can’t quite place all those homes in my memory; especially now that I’ve made a home with my own family that rooted in San Francisco moved to Los Angeles area and lived there for about 8 months. Due to company relocation, moved again to Orlando, Florida. And finally settled in the Northwest Suburb of Illinois – South Elgin, IL. I do remember that every time we moved, it was stressful and overwhelming for all of us, especially with two little girls. I could see the toll it took on my family to choose a new place to live so frequently. I’ve moved a total of 12 times in my life and it never gets any easier.
Believe me when I say: I know all the strain and excitement this next big step is for you and your family. I’ve lived it. What’s more, I know how to make this whole experience warm and welcoming, from our first meeting, all the way to closing.
Now that I’m in my 7th year as a Real Estate Broker — a career I enjoy and have worked for in those years — I can see those moves, those upheavals are what drove me to this industry. I’m thankful for my parents for instilling such a hard work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit into my life. As an adult, I’ve channeled that same spirit into this industry and my relationships with those I work with. I’m inspired to help people find and sell their homes because I know how impactful this transition can truly be.
You need someone in your corner who can guide you. I will carry the weight and stress on your behalf whether selling or buying a home according to your preference for the best possible price.
My clients hire me for my expertise, knowledge, resources, and the high level of care I provide. I don’t take this responsibility lightly. This is as important to me as it is to you, and I treat it as such.
Home is a sacred space. And the relationships I build with clients along the way is what makes my work so meaningful.
